Responsibilities

• Offer top-notch customer support in Finnish through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for customers efficiently.
• Guide customers through product usage, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our offerings.
• Document and track customer interactions, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes based on feedback and interactions.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times to enhance customer experience.

• Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with consumer products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle various inquiries simultaneously.
