In this essential role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing expert support and assistance with the company's financial software solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience. If you are fluent in French, have a strong understanding of financial software, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to become a part of our innovative team.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries related to financial software products.
  • Effectively troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance on software features and functionalities to assist customers in maximizing their use of the product.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously seek customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on product developments and the financial software industry to provide informed customer support.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the financial software industry, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required to support customers.
