Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries related to financial software products.
- Effectively troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance on software features and functionalities to assist customers in maximizing their use of the product.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Stay up-to-date on product developments and the financial software industry to provide informed customer support.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
