Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, orders, and general inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, aiming for first contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality continuously.
  • Assist in developing training materials and best practices for the customer service team.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in consumer services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
