Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to streaming services, account management, and content access.
  • Educate customers on how to utilize the platform effectively and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Organize and maintain customer information and interaction records in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in product offerings to provide informed support.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or consumer services is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to navigate technology and troubleshoot streaming issues effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools for tracking and managing inquiries.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
