Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about gaming rules, promotions, account setup, and technical issues in a professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that customers encounter while utilizing our online gaming platform.
  • Provide thorough information about gaming products and services to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account registration, identity verification, and financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring feedback is documented to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all operational channels.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills combined with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Familiarity with online gaming environments and a genuine passion for the iGaming industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demands.
