French Speaking IT Support Specialist - Athens

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking IT Support Specialist based in Athens. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer interaction to provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients. This role offers the chance to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance user experiences in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding IT support to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communication.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware and software-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Educate clients on the usage of products, updates, and best practices for software and hardware solutions.
• Accurately document client interactions and solutions in the company's CRM system.
• Work closely with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements for support processes.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure complete resolution of their issues and satisfaction with services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in technology to provide informed support.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in IT contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support software is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for technology and a desire to continuously improve your skills.
