Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about company policies, smoke-free initiatives, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
  • Support the overall mission of promoting a smoke-free future through customer engagement.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy toward customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness and a smoke-free lifestyle.
