Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients in the Online Content Creators Department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to online content creation services and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer feedback is communicated to relevant departments.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new users and content creators.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation to improve customer experience.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online content creation tools and platforms is a plus.
