Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking content creators via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding content creation, platform use, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online platforms and services.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Support the development of FAQs and knowledge base materials to empower customers.
  • Fluent in French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or service-related role, preferably in the online content or media industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media tools used by content creators.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Empathetic and confident in dealing with a diverse range of clients and their needs.
