Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients in the transportation services sector.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and inquiries related to transportation services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by determining the root cause and seeking solutions effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate feedback and improve overall service delivery.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. 
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in consumer services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
