We are currently seeking a French speaking Technical Support Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will provide crucial technical assistance to our French-speaking customers, helping them navigate and resolve a variety of technical issues with our products. Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. If you are fluent in French and have a strong understanding of technology, we would love for you to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support to French-speaking customers through channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding our products and services.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage inquiries.
  • Log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to escalate and address complex issues.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and usage tips.
  • Stay informed about product updates and advancements in technology.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English, both written and oral.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including software applications and hardware systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure customer needs are met.
