Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and skill, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and support.
• Stay informed about products, services, and company policies to provide effective assistance.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor when handling challenging situations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and effective use of customer service tools.
