Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our support system.
• Inform customers about product features and assist them in leveraging our services effectively.
• Work with technical teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of German-language support documentation.
• Engage with customers post-resolution to confirm their satisfaction and gather feedback.

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills aimed at achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• A fundamental understanding of technology products and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
