This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the banking industry. As a support agent, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries related to banking services, account management, and product information. Your ability to provide accurate and timely support will be essential in enhancing our clients’ experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their banking-related inquiries.
• Assist clients with account issues, banking products, and service-related questions.
• Turn customer complaints into opportunities by providing effective solutions.
• Nurture client relationships and guide them through our online banking solutions.
• Record detailed accounts of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on banking trends and regulations.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proficient in working independently and managing tasks in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.
