Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot inquiries related to banking services, transactions, and account management.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Guide clients on banking products and services that meet their needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed on banking regulations and new offerings to assist clients accurately.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or a banking role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and multitasking in a remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience using banking software and customer management systems is advantageous.
