Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription issues, and technical difficulties related to the streaming service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on the features and functionalities of the service to enhance their experience.
  • Document user interactions, feedback, and issues reported using CRM tools for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the online media industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and technology is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
