Italian speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall service experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed assistance.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance service quality and operations.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
