Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with product information, installation, and maintenance queries related to air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; escalate when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Educate customers about product features, warranties, and services available.
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or HVAC-related field.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and technical support is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
