In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance as they navigate our financial solutions. Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our software products. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a solid understanding of financial concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer assistance. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to our financial software, troubleshooting and resolving problems as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on software features, updates, and best practices to enhance their user experience.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and the financial industry to provide effective assistance.
  • Gather customer insights and report suggestions for product improvements to management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken is essential.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or financial environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial software or industry standards is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate our customer base, including weekends if needed.
