Responsibilities

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably for digital services.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with online content creation platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
