Italian Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator - Athens (Remote in Greece)

In this critical role, you will provide support to Italian-speaking clients requiring assistance during roadside emergencies. Responsibilities

• Handle emergency roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients in a remote environment.
• Evaluate client needs and efficiently dispatch the appropriate assistance services.
• Ensure professional and clear communication with clients from initial contact to case resolution.
• Accurately document all service requests and actions taken according to company standards.
• Collaborate with local service providers and emergency response teams to ensure quick service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Keep informed about local laws, company policies, and best practices in roadside assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in roadside assistance or emergency support.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and remain proactive in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and emergency response protocols is a plus.
• Flexible availability to accommodate various scheduling needs, including weekends if necessary.
