Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries and issues for customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and manage complex problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our support database.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and optimal usage.
  • Provide guidance to customers on product features to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor, follow up, and close open support tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Fluency in Italian; both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of consumer services and technology solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer support needs.
