Remote Raven is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Assistant to provide essential support to healthcare professionals in a remote setting. As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will assist with administrative tasks, patient communication, and coordination of healthcare services, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient care

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant, medical receptionist, or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• Understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes is preferred.
• RN and has some clinical experience
