We are seeking vibrant and dedicated individuals who are fluent in Portuguese and have a passion for customer service. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance and guidance throughout their experience with our services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients across multiple communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and implement improvements based on client feedback.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to deliver accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Engage in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in a customer service position or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office tools.
• Self-directed and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
