Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products, guiding customers through effective solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and usage to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to escalate complex issues and drive resolution.
• Stay informed about product updates and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or relevant IT roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
