Responsibilities

• Guide clients in optimizing their search engine marketing efforts and effectively utilizing our services
• Provide valuable insights on best practices for search engine marketing and customer engagement
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely and effective responses to their inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable strategies for improvement
• Stay updated on search engine trends and ensure our knowledge base remains current
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Lithuanian (written and spoken) is essential
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide informed recommendations
• Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms
