In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to customers who utilize our transportation services. Your ability to communicate fluently in Polish will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will be the primary liaison between our customers and our transportation services team, helping to foster relationships and enhance our service offerings. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding transportation services.
  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes to transportation services.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on the various transportation options available to them.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system.
  • Work collaboratively with the transportation services team to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
