Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) with inquiries about DJI products.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide detailed solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Offer thorough product information and guidance to help customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance the overall support experience.
• Stay updated on DJI’s latest products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the technology sector, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous.
