Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to air conditioning products.

• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Provide clear explanations regarding service processes, warranties, and product features.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in the HVAC industry.
