Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, schedules, and service changes.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of transportation services and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to find solutions for customer challenges and improve overall service.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately for future reference.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with transportation or logistics is a plus.
  • A strong ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
