Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders, shipping, and return policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers about product details, promotions, and best practices for utilizing the online shopping platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Stay updated on product information, technical specifications, and service changes to provide accurate assistance.
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must, with a good command of English.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with online shopping systems and customer support software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
