Responsibilities

• Assist in processing new membership applications and renewals.
• Answer member inquiries and provide support through email and online communication.
• Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
• Support the development and implementation of membership programs and events.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to learn about our membership offerings and policies.

• No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
