Learning Design and Quality Assurance (QA) Manager oversees the quality and pedagogical integrity of our online learning resources. They ensure that all CPD products meet the highest standards, applying learning design principles for adult learners to enhance effectiveness and engagement. Working closely with subject matter experts, programme managers, and the production team, Learning Design and QA Manager plays a crucial role in creating content that aligns with our brand and vision.

3. Experience
· Solid understanding of the UK education system.
· Proven experience in applying pedagogical principles to online learning for adult learners.
· Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content.

· Strong understanding of learning design principles and their application.
· Demonstrable experience in selecting and presenting complex ideas clearly and creatively.
· Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with audio-visual elements, from design and recording to editing and implementation.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning tools.
