As we expand our digital footprint across our operating companies, we are undertaking a major technological transformation to ensure our data, systems, and processes support our ambitious goals. The IT Project Manager will be a key driver of this transformation, leading cross-functional project efforts across our enterprise.

This role is responsible for project execution, including planning, prioritization, budget and schedule management, stakeholder communication, and task follow-up.  The ideal candidate will ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements, track progress and risks, and report to senior leadership.  This individual will champion the consistent use of established project tools and methodologies to deliver repeatable and high-quality outcomes.

This is a hybrid role (in-office Monday through Wednesday) based in West Los Angeles, CA with occasional travel as needed.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of business and IT transformation projects
  • Plan and facilitate key project sessions, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and training
  • Analyze project proposals to determine scope, timelines, budget, and execution strategy
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and stakeholder updates
  • Track critical paths, dependencies, and risks, and proactively recommend recovery strategies when needed
  • Partner with IT, business analysts, SMEs, and operational teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
  • Apply change management techniques to control scope, schedule, and cost variations
  • Communicate risks, issues, milestones, and status updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide leadership, clarity, and motivation to cross-functional project teams
  • Prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project performance using industry benchmarks and best practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT/business-facing projects with a strong focus on solving business problems
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferably Oracle; SAP experience also considered)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent)
  • Industry experience in food & beverage, agriculture, or consumer goods preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Solid grasp of project management fundamentals: demand management, approval workflows, risk/issue resolution, resource planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile
  • Proficiency in project and productivity tools including Smartsheet, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience managing IT budgets and communicating costs/investments to varied audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead in matrixed environments without direct authority
  • Well-rounded communicator with a unique blend of IT, business, and financial expertise

Pay Range: $120,000-$130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
