Pay: $133,000 - $200,000 CAD

Joining the Performance (Brand Media) department as our Director, Brand Media Strategy, you will lead Thrive's brand media service innovation and strategic growth by developing industry-leading measurement frameworks and driving enterprise-level client success through advanced media buying and publisher negotiations. Champion the integration of brand with performance strategies through cross functional collaboration to advance Thrive's full-funnel offering. Help to build and mentor high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client outcomes through hands-on support in platforms, guidance and advocacy.
