Job Overview:
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their business needs and guide them through optimizing their configuration of our product. Your role will involve gathering requirements, providing best-practice recommendations, and ensuring customers achieve the best results from their ThriveCart accounts. You will then work closely with the Implementation Specialists to execute the configurations and ensure a smooth implementation process.
