Who we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Operations department in Milan. 

The role will support the operations team in everyday tasks such as linesheet uploads, purchase order processing, customer management and inbound delivery management. The ideal candidate will be well organised, open to new challenges and able to action tasks quickly and accurately. We are looking for a proactive and flexible team player with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be joining a small and highly motivated team who pride themselves on providing valuable support to both the sales team and wider business. 

What your day to day will look like

    • Confidently manage your own portfolio of brands; Build good working relationships with our brands and internal teams 
    • Manage the upload of all new season product information and imagery to internal system as well as to the Sales team’s online selling platform ‘JOOR’ 
    • Ensure system is maintained accurately with up-to-date information and price lists 
    • Provide training and onboarding support to brands where needed 
    • Proactively manage daily contact and updates with Sales and the Supply Chain teams as well as with clients and brands 
    • Support Sales team during market with ad-hoc admin tasks and queries 
    • Process customer orders and seasonal order recaps 
    • Timely submit bulk purchase orders at the end of each sales campaign 
    • Review and mange brand cancellations each season 
    • Gain detailed product information and customs requirements from brands each season 
    • Work closely with our Logistics team to ensure successful brand inbound deliveries

What you need to succeed

    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Operations or Logistics role 
    • Well organised 
    • Knowledge of NetSuite is a big plus 
    • Solid competency in the use of Excel 
    • Solution focussed - ability to identify appropriate support where necessary 
    • Confident to work unsupervised on occasions 
    • Proactive - a self-starter 
    • Excellent clear and concise communication skills - written and oral 
    • Ability to take direction and prioritise tasks 
    • Agile - a fast learner 
    • Available to travel internationally if necessary 
    • Fluency in spoken and written English - Italian is a plus
