With your amazing organizational skills you'll support our executive leadership team to achieving their goal of being an effective and inspiring leadership team for a growing SaaS organisation. This role is key to keeping our organization running smoothly. Join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Delft!

What will you do as an executive assistant?
This speaks for itself: our executive assistant will be entrusted with supporting the TOPdesk executive leadership team in their work. This includes organizing agendas, planning travel to our eleven offices around the world, and handling confidential information with the utmost respect and discretion. You will also play a key role in preparing board meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring that the right person picks up their to-do’s.

The executive leadership team you will support consists of the CEO and five board members. Since July of this year, each has taken responsibility for their specific domain: Operations, Revenue, Finance, Customers and Product & Technology. Your support will enable this team to achieve its goal of being an effective and inspiring leadership team for a growing SaaS organization. It’s the first time in our history that TOPdesk is recruiting an executive assistant.

Where will you end up?
At our headquarters in Delft! TOPdesk is an internationally growing software and consultancy company and developer of the best service management tool in the Netherlands. With over 900 colleagues in 11 countries, we work together every day to make our customers’ services better, smarter and more fun. The primary language of communication within our international organisation is English.

As an executive assistant, you will be a key member in our management team, reporting to the chief operating officer (COO) and working closely with the international communications and project management departments.

Qualifications

  • A background in a similar role is essential.
  • You are comfortable working with senior executives and managing their needs.
  • You have experience creating board packs, both manually and digitally, for non-executive members.
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.
  • You are flexible and resilient and able to plan and organize like no other, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • You can handle confidential information with discretion.
  • You enjoy working with others and are always willing to help.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, international organisation.
  • You are comfortable being in the office as well as having a day of concentrated work at home.
