Overview:
In this position you will report directly to the Senior Engineering Program Manager. You will play a key role in the introduction of new and innovative Consumer Networking, Smart home, Enterprise & Service Provider products. You will monitor new product development activities and work closely with GTM and sales strategy functions to plan introduction of new products in the U.S. market. The Assistant Engineering Project Manager we are seeking is a collaborator who can work closely with sales, marketing, and product support functions to effectively plan, track, and manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the U.S. The successful candidate possesses a combination of detail-oriented skills, technical knowledge, and proactive planning abilities to ensure successful project execution. You will also have the chance to improve product introduction efficiency by implementing new processes and tools, which will streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000
