Experiential Manager (USA)

We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Check us out here: www.gotracksuit.com 🙌

Are you Tracksuits new Experiential Manager (USA)?

Tracksuit’s mission is to champion brand building and our vision is to bring brand data into every board room. How we show up to our community and deliver experiences is a critical component to unlocking this mission.

As the Experiential Manager (USA) you will deliver epic experiences for marketing leaders, agency leaders and strategic partners, and help Tracksuit foster and serve a community like no other. The Tracksuit team operates across two hemispheres, The Northern Hemisphere (US/UK) and the Southern Hemisphere (ANZ). You’ll be responsible for leading our events and community strategy across the Northern Hemisphere, using unique events and activations to drive our growth and build our brand.

👉 This role is about taking a best-practice approach to scaling an events program across the USA and the UK, and making it uniquely Tracksuit-y. You’ll use your creativity to define and set the benchmark for what “made Tracksuity” means to the team and to the market.

As our Experiential Manager (USA) you will be responsible for:
  • Building community is at the heart of our brand and it’s what has led to our tremendous growth in ANZ. Experiences like Building Brands of the Future, Secret Sauce with Ritson, and more, are just a taste of the fun and value we want to bring to our community of marketers, agencies and partners
  • Building out a multi-year program for the Naughty North (Northern Hemisphere) that covers our customer journey in a way that drives both brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • We’re fortunate to be working with many brilliant partners like the folks at The Effies, Lions, IPA, WARC, AdWeek, DMA, System 1, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for translating partner research into engaging and valuable experiences to drive awareness and reach. In this role, a central focus will be ensuring that we fully leverage these opportunities, to drive mutual growth and visibility across our networks - you’ll understand how experiential, content and communications work together to build integrated magic.
  • Building out (and coordinating) a regular events cadence that includes in-person, hybrid and virtual experiences - dinners, peer advisory boards, roundtables, forums, executive summits, brand awards and more. You’ll understand the powerful combination of fuel + engine and you’ll partner with the right people to maximise distribution. You’ll also know how to lean on the right people to coordinate timelines, budgets, attendees lists, and run-sheets and engage in post-event follow-ups with attendees to make each event better than the last.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and functions, including Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales and Product. You’ll think about your role as being a central pillar to the entire customer experience and will be able to develop strong connections between big brand/campaign ideas and creative work.
  • Help support in building out an events team for Tracksuit
  • Identify KPIs to track community success and engagement. Our community will influence revenue (and you’ll know the tech stack to measure this).

That’s the role, so who are you?
  • You’re a connector, a creator, and a strategist all wrapped into one. You’re the kind of person who thrives on bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and building communities that feel like family. Whether it’s hosting a dinner party for industry leaders, launching a Slack group buzzing with conversations, or curating a one-of-a-kind event series, you know how to make people feel engaged, inspired, and valued.
  • You’ll have a repertoire of event agencies and contractors on call to amplify your work and scale your role. And you’ll know how to bring these third party groups into Tracksuit in a way that makes them feel like a part of the team
  • You’re deeply passionate about brand-building and have a natural ability to understand what makes marketers tick. You get that community isn’t just about events; it’s about forging genuine, lasting connections that drive both personal and business growth. You’ll have at least 4 years of experience leading events in a B2B setting.
  • Your creativity knows no bounds, and you bring a unique flair to everything you touch. But you’re not just an ideas person - you’re also a doer. You know how to turn concepts into action, managing the details, timelines, and budgets with precision to bring big visions to life.
  • You’ve got experience in community building, event management, and partnership collaboration, and you’re excited by the challenge of scaling these efforts globally. You’re data-savvy, using insights to refine and measure success, and you know how to balance long-term strategic thinking with executing flawlessly in the moment.
  • You'll have the ability to think strategically beyond 12 months, and understand experiences shouldn’t happen in isolation but rather that each is there to build upon a narrative, strengthening Tracksuit’s brand across every interaction. From trade events to owned and intimate, you’ll know all the places we need to b showing up at and how.
  • Most importantly, you’re someone who embodies Tracksuit’s values. You approach every interaction with joy, creativity, and a commitment to making an impact. You’re ready to take Tracksuit’s presence in the Northern Hemisphere to the next level and build a community that everyone wants to be part of.
