We’re looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team of in-house creative trailblazers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital & Content, you’ll have the freedom to turn your big ideas into impactful campaigns, the tools to make them happen, and a team that values bold thinking.
You’ll work closely with a dynamic, passionate team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. Together, we’ll craft marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, elevate our brand, and drive traffic both online and in our stunning showrooms. From attention-grabbing visuals to engaging motion graphics, you’ll help bring our brand’s story to life across Retail, Builder Sales, and Designer Sales divisions.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will- Design standout visual assets for our integrated marketing campaigns in Figma (or other platform as required), tailored to the relevant audience
- Collaborating with the in-house design team to champion the concept development process for each promotional event to ensure we can maximize campaign investments.
- Execute B2B and B2C campaigns with various objectives in collaboration with the Marketing team and other cross-functional business units to achieve business goals.
- Create and repurpose video content and motion graphics that tell compelling stories across digital platforms.
- Innovate in UX/UI design to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences that meet ecommerce & B2B/B2C Divisional objectives.
- Collaborate with freelance creatives to ensure top-notch, on-time deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects with ease, delivering results that matter.
To be successful in this role, you need- Digital Marketing Maven: 5+ years' hands-on experience creating digital assets for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube - you know them like the back of your smartphone.
- User Experience Afficionado: 5+ years in designing campaign landing pages that drive conversion within an omnichannel environment. Your strong understanding of UX/UI principles allows you to design customer-centric digital experiences that resonate with users and meet their needs effectively.
- Design & Editing Prodigy: Armed with a creative eye and technical skills, graphic design and video editing are second nature to you. A creative thinker with 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a similar field who thrives on bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to life that stand out in the noisy digital marketplace.
- Digital Innovator: You’re starry-eyed for Rich Media and cutting-edge technology that enables you to craft unforgettable, immersive experiences that wow customers. This is because you’re a trendsetter by nature, you’re always ahead of digital marketing innovations, eager to explore new ideas and make your mark.You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, as well as fundamental new media design skills.
- Data-Informed Creator: While you have loads of hands-on experience developing impactful and attention-grabbing digital marketing campaign assets using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you also excel at analyzing performance metrics to inform and improve content strategies. You recognize that data offers actionable insights that improves the results you can achieve.
- Organized and Collaborative Team Player: Collaboration is key to achieving results, and you’re a team player with excellent communication skills and who is highly organized and proactive. You thrive when you're managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Problem-solving Prowess: Experienced working cross-functionally, and as a Design Thinking advocate, you understand that there are many possible solutions to every problem. You innately know when you should stand your ground, and when you can iterate over time.
