The Sales and Marketing Representative provides overall management of client relationships and is responsible for generating sales through communicating and demonstrating the organization’s commitment to patient care excellence. Works closely with the Marketing Coordinator to develop marketing and sales campaigns. Responsible for following standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, ensuing they are operating in a consistent manner with the policies and procedures while providing excellence in building and maintaining client relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for identifying and targeting new business leads and growing existing accounts.
· Responsible for overall management of Client Relationships.
· Ensures that new business leads are identified and move toward sales and new business growth.
· Work with the headquarters team to ensure that accurate and timely information is submitted in order to maintain the client database.
· Responsible for managing and continuing ongoing market campaigns via direct mail, email, in person meetings, etc. Keeps abreast of new market trends to remain competitive.
· Will work closely with the marketing team to collaborate and implement new market strategies and develop a long term plan to increase brand awareness
· Attend weekly marketing meetings
· Attend meetings and community events in order to promote ProHealth., Events such as Chamber of Commerce Meetings, Boo at the Zoo, etc.
· Develop and maintain communication methods ensuring each branch is operating with the same marketing materials and strategies.
· Identify and submit ideas for improvement.
· Daily travel in the business operating area and areas for potential expansion. These areas include but are not limited to Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties.
· Visit Clients on a regular basis and deliver materials and educate on them on all services offered at ProHealth.
· Keep and maintain an updated list of Physicians. Maintain this list in the appropriate Folder/ComputerDrive emailed to management monthly.
· Use the LinkedIn Social Business Forum and other social media platforms as appropriate to network and build business prospects, adding related topics to peak interest and drive business.
· Provide weekly reports of sales efforts to the leadership team as well as weekly call plans
· All of other duties as assigned.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm but may require hours outside of these times as business needs dictate.
Travel:
90% of the representative’s work week is spent traveling throughout the company operating area and into new areas for expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: BS Degree or associate degree, with three years’ marketing experience in a medical setting strongly preferred.
· Experience: Two plus years’ experience in multi-site medical sales setting strongly preferred.
· Knowledge of programs such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
· Knowledge and experience using social media platforms
· Certification/License: None
Work Authorization:
· Must be US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US.

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
· Position requires traveling by car to clinic, businesses and meeting sites, standing, walking, sitting at a desk or vehicle for periods of time.
