Job Overview
You work as a marketing communications specialist as part of an expert account team servicing our largest client. You setup and coordinate omnichannel marketing communications campaigns from A to Z. These campaigns are mainly centered around building brand engagement and loyalty for our client’s existing customer base. You actively work with our account team, but also with our client’s marketing department which is one of the largest in Belgium.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part as you partner with our largest client, elevating their brand and enhancing customer loyalty through expertly crafted omnichannel marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day will involve responding to client briefings, understanding their unique needs, and developing strategic project proposals that shine. You’ll manage and coordinate campaigns that engage existing customers while ensuring smooth customer journeys. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with our talented account team and the client’s expansive marketing department. Your creativity will be crucial as you design engaging customer advantages and utilize tools like CRM for effective target selection. You won’t just launch campaigns; you’ll also monitor their success, adapt strategies on the fly, and provide clear analyses to improve future efforts. If you have a degree in marketing or communications and 1-2 years of relevant experience, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
