The Role  

On the AI Product Engineering Team, you will be at the forefront of building and managing TWG’s AI Suite, a transformative browser-based platform designed to enhance productivity and innovation across the organization. This GPT-like interface offers employees easy access to AI-driven assistance, streamlining tasks such as answering queries, generating content, and automating routine processes while ensuring secure and private interactions to maintain data integrity. The AI Suite excels in data retrieval, allowing users to quickly pull, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources, enabling data-driven decision-making. 

Additionally, the platform features a built-in code interpreter for solving complex mathematical problems and supporting detailed data analysis directly within the suite. The AI Suite also empowers businesses through advanced agentic frameworks, enabling the creation of custom automations and tailored workflows that significantly boost productivity. This comprehensive tool is designed to help TWG’s teams collaborate more effectively, operate efficiently, and drive greater innovation, ultimately delivering higher value for the organization. 

To achieve these objectives, you will integrate and manage large language models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions from the public cloud. The role requires expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures, proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines for real-time data processing, and extensive experience in cloud engineering for deploying and managing AI/ML platforms.  

Additionally, you should have a strong command of implementing advanced agentic frameworks for custom automation, in-depth knowledge of data security and compliance standards, and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing business processes. This role is critical in ensuring that TWG’s AI Suite remains at the cutting edge of technology, driving significant business impact and supporting the organization’s leadership in AI innovation. 

Responsibilities 

• AI/ML Model Integration and Management: Support the integration and management of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions within the AI Suite, ensuring they are tailored and optimized for specific business use cases. Fine-tune models to achieve high performance and accuracy across various applications. 

• System Architecture and Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures for the AI Suite. Support the development of a modular, browser-based platform that seamlessly integrates a variety of AI functionalities, ensuring robust performance and flexibility. 

• Data Engineering and Analytics: Suppor the build and optimize data pipelines for real-time data retrieval, analysis, and summarization. Leverage advanced data processing techniques to integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform that supports data-driven decision-making. 

• Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Management: Support cloud engineering initiatives to deploy and manage high-performance AI/ML platforms within cloud environments. Ensure the AI Suite supports efficient training, deployment, and scaling of AI models across the organization. 

• Custom Automation and Agentic Frameworks: Support the implementation of advanced agentic frameworks that allow for the creation of custom automations within the AI Suite. Develop solutions that can be easily customized and extended by business users to enhance workflow efficiency. 

• Security and Compliance: Ensure stringent data security protocols and compliance standards. Maintain the highest levels of data privacy and regulatory compliance. 

• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and tools. Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously enhance the capabilities and impact of the AI Suite.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Extensive experience in AI engineering, particularly in the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions and models within a browser-based platform. 

• Proven track record in leading the design and optimization of scalable AI systems, integrating data retrieval, content generation, and custom automation functionalities. 

• Demonstrated experience in working on cross-functional teams and driving the adoption of AI solutions across an organization. 

• Strong expertise in cloud engineering, including the deployment and management of AI/ML platforms for high-performance systems. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Significant experience in integrating and managing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions within enterprise-grade environments. 

• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, system architecture, and cloud-based infrastructures, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. 

• Proven ability to support the development of custom automations and workflows using advanced agentic frameworks to enhance business efficiency. 

• Extensive knowledge of data security and compliance standards, ensuring AI-driven operations adhere to the highest levels of regulatory and ethical standards. 

• Experience in fostering collaboration between research, engineering, and business teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing business processes. 

Compensation 

The expected annual salaries across job levels are outlined below. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

• Level 1: Intern - $90,000
• Level 2: Junior Associate - $120,000
• Level 3: Senior Associate - $190,000
• Level 4: Vice President - $285,000
• Level 5: Executive Director - $390,000
• Level 6: Managing Director - $549,000
• Level 7: Senior Managing Director - $721,000
