The Role  

On the AI Delivery Management team, you will be at the forefront of driving successful delivery, reporting, and use case analytics across various business functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless execution and continuous enhancement of AI and data analytics service delivery operations. This encompasses business engagement, use case acceleration, and rigorous inventory and governance management. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lead reporting efforts that provide actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve fostering strong partnerships with internal and external teams, including business leaders, financial oversight groups, and cross-functional forums, to accelerate AI-driven initiatives across the organization. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive inventory and governance framework, ensuring that AI and data analytics projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your financial stewardship will be key in staying on budget, optimizing resource allocation, and driving cost-effective solutions that deliver significant business value. 

On this team, you will also collaborate with a network of strategic partners and business units, ensuring that AI solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently, while meeting the diverse needs of the organization. Your ability to engage with key stakeholders, drive business acceleration, and lead cross-functional teams will be critical in advancing the company’s AI and data analytics capabilities, ultimately enabling transformative outcomes across the enterprise. 

Responsibilities 

• AI Delivery Management: Deliver and continuously improve our AI and data analytics service operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. 

• Business Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, accelerate use case development, and ensure AI solutions are effectively implemented across the organization. 

• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems that provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. 

• Inventory and Governance Oversight: Support robust inventory and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and quality across all AI and data analytics initiatives. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI strategies. 

• Partner Management: Work closely with strategic AI and data partners to leverage cutting-edge technologies, driving innovation and enhancing the organization’s competitive advantage. 

• Cross-functional Forums: Engage on cross-functional team forums to align on strategy, share best practices, and address challenges in AI and data analytics delivery. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 

• Experience in product management or related technical role. 

• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Experience in full-life cycle product management and delivery. 

• Experience with AI/ML model or tooling development (Product Management or Engineering). 

• Engineering experience. 

Compensation

The expected annual salaries across job levels are outlined below. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

• Level 1: Intern - $90,000
• Level 2: Junior Associate - $120,000
• Level 3: Senior Associate - $190,000
• Level 4: Vice President - $285,000
• Level 5: Executive Director - $390,000
• Level 6: Managing Director - $549,000
• Level 7: Senior Managing Director - $721,000
