The Role  

On the AI Solutions Development and Product Leader Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering AI solutions that meet critical business objectives and drive substantial value across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop comprehensive AI and data product plans that align with these requirements. By leading the integration of AI Task Force solutions into our AI suite offering, you will ensure the delivery of common and reusable components that enhance efficiency and scalability across projects. 

In this role, you will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI use cases by applying a product operating model to solution development, focusing on design excellence and user metrics to ensure that the solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will be crucial in integrating advanced AI technologies, such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI, into our product offerings, thereby advancing our AI capabilities and market position. 

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the solutions developed are robust, scalable, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your ability to foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners will be key to accelerating AI-driven initiatives and achieving business goals. Additionally, your expertise in product management will guide the seamless integration of new AI capabilities into the existing AI suite, ensuring that these solutions are both innovative and practical for end-users.

Responsibilities 

• AI Solutions Development and Product Leadership: Drive the creation and delivery of AI solutions that align with critical business objectives, focusing on cost savings, revenue generation, and the development of innovative AI technologies. 

• Business Engagement and Product Planning: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop comprehensive product plans that meet these requirements, ensuring that AI solutions are strategically aligned with business goals. 

• Integration of AI Task Force Solutions: Support the integration of AI Task Force solutions into the AI suite, ensuring the delivery of common and reusable components that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the organization’s AI initiatives. 

• Use Case Adoption and User Metrics: Support the adoption of AI use cases by applying a product operating model to the development of solutions, focusing on design, user metrics, and user experience to ensure maximum impact and adoption. 

• AI Suite Offering Development: Support the continuous enhancement and integration of advanced AI technologies into the AI suite, including time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI, to expand and strengthen the company’s AI capabilities. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are developed and delivered in alignment with organizational standards and business needs, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. 

• Trust, Transparency, Safety, and Security: Ensure that all AI initiatives adhere to the highest standards of trust, transparency, safety, and security, leading efforts to maintain ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance. 

• Product Operating Model Application: Apply a product operating model to the development of AI solutions, ensuring that they are built with a focus on scalability, reusability, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Extensive experience in AI solutions development, product management, or a similar technical leadership role. 

• Proven track record in developing and integrating AI/ML solutions across various domains, such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI. 

• Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders and colleagues to drive strategic AI initiatives and achieve business objectives. 

• Strong expertise in working with business leaders and colleagues to translate requirements into actionable product plans that drive business objectives. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Extensive experience in AI/ML model development, including Graph AI and Foundation Models, and in leading AI-driven projects from concept to delivery. 

• Experience managing AI/ML governance frameworks, ensuring trust, transparency, safety, and security in AI implementations. 

• Experience with cloud-based AI technologies and partnerships with major AI and data vendors. 

Compensation 

The expected annual salaries across job levels are outlined below. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

• Level 1: Intern - $90,000
• Level 2: Junior Associate - $120,000
• Level 3: Senior Associate - $190,000
• Level 4: Vice President - $285,000
• Level 5: Executive Director - $390,000
• Level 6: Managing Director - $549,000
• Level 7: Senior Managing Director - $721,000
