About Visibly ✌️
We are a fast-moving, seed-stage startup revolutionising how public infrastructure companies improve worker compliance to build a safer physical world for the future. Education for deskless workers worldwide faces two critical challenges: entire industries still rely on spreadsheets to track knowledge and skill gaps, while outdated, mind-numbing PowerPoint presentations remain the go-to method for training.
While this situation is far from ideal, it presents a unique opportunity to reimagine compliance management and education from the ground up, for over a billion deskless workers. That's where you come in!!
As our first Product Manager, you’ll be the glue between customers, sales, and engineering—helping shape a product that compliance managers and workers are obsessed with. You’ll need to be strategic yet hands-on, balancing long-term vision with the scrappiness required to deliver effectively in a startup environment.
In early 2024, we raised one of Europe’s strongest seed rounds from tier 1 investors including Creandum and Seedcamp. Now, with traction building, we need to increase the structure, strategic clarity and momentum in our product development process to deliver more value to customers.
How you’ll make an impact 🚀
- Strategy and Delivery: Own the product roadmap balancing customer feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering and design to ensure features are well-defined, scoped, and shipped efficiently.
- Customer Insights: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand pain points and opportunities. Partner with sales and customer success to inform the product roadmap and ensure product features land with customers.
- Measure Impact: Think end-to-end about product success, ensuring shipped features are assessed for their real-world value, usage, and impact on customers. Establish and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decisions. Drive innovation and ensure the product remains ahead of industry trends.
- Iterate Rapidly: Drive experimentation, hypothesis-led decision-making, and fast learning cycles to refine our product-market fit.
- Build Processes: Introduce lightweight but effective product management practices that align with our stage of growth.
What we’d love to see 🙌
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Product Manager in a startup environment with measurable impact. Preferably in a seed to Series A+ business (learning or compliance domains are a bonus).
- Customer-Centricity: A relentless focus on customer needs, making sure we solve the right problems, translating them into compelling product features.
- Startup Agility: Comfortable working with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and making data-driven decisions with limited resources.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to align stakeholders, simplify complexity, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Design Awareness: Demonstrable experience implementing UX design principles to help ensure a smooth and user-friendly product experience.
- Technical Fluency: You don’t need to code, but you can collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints.
- Ambition & Drive: You are detail-oriented, move fast, and inspire others to push boundaries and deliver excellence.
- Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for your work, proactively solve problems, and think beyond your job description to drive long-term success.
