The Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management - Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our analytics product portfolio. This leader will be responsible for defining and driving the data and analytics roadmap, ensuring that our analytics solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

As a key partner to the Director of Engineering - Analytics, this role will bridge the gap between technical solutioning and business strategy, driving the development of scalable, customer-centric analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

●Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

●Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends in enterprise analytics to shape Ushur’s analytics capabilities.

●Develop and execute a roadmap that balances innovation with scalability, ensuring analytics solutions drive value for enterprise customers.

●Own the customer-facing analytics experience, ensuring insights are actionable, intuitive, and embedded in our platform.

Collaboration with Engineering & Solutioning

●Work closely with the Director of Engineering - Analytics to translate product requirements into technical architectures, solutions, and implementation plans.

●Ensure seamless integration of analytics capabilities with Ushur’s broader product ecosystem, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

●Advocate for data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices within product development.

Customer & Market Focus

●Engage with enterprise customers to understand analytics needs, use cases, and challenges, translating insights into product requirements.

●Define and prioritize features based on customer impact, market differentiation, and business value.

●Work with UX and design teams to create intuitive and accessible analytics experiences for non-technical users.

Execution & Go-To-Market

●Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop messaging, positioning, and enablement strategies for analytics products.

●Define and track KPIs to measure product success, customer adoption, and business impact.

●Drive launch plans for new analytics features, ensuring successful adoption by enterprise customers.

Qualifications

●10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in analytics, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.

●Experience leading customer-facing analytics products for enterprise customers, with a focus on data visualization, reporting, and AI-driven insights.

●Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering leaders, driving technical solutioning while maintaining a business-first mindset.

●Strong understanding of data infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data warehousing, and ETL processes.

●Experience working with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

●Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.

●Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
