    • Establish clear, measurable objectives for each sprint to maximize time to value, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
    • Continuously iterate on and refine the product backlog to maintain momentum, prioritize high-impact features, and adapt to changing business conditions.
  3. Alignment with Business & Stakeholders
    • Work closely with the SVP Global productized services to translate strategic goals and capabilities into requirements and day-to-day priorities for UX, design, and development teams.
    • Manage and facilitate ongoing communication with the Strategic stakeholders within the global leadership (CTO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer) to validate requirements and product direction.
    • Provide weekly updates on product progress, highlighting key decisions, trade-offs, and successes.
  4. Multi-Product Roadmap & Integration
    • Develop a clear product roadmap for two core products, ensuring they can be seamlessly expanded into a larger, integrated software solution.
    • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to align timelines, deliverables, and feature sets.
    • Develop a release calendar based on the product roadmap, deliver the product to this release calendar
    • Advocate for API-first methodologies to maximize interoperability with other solutions and external platforms.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, keeping engineering and design teams focused on high-value deliverables.
    • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from discovery and design through iterative development, testing, and release—using Agile best practices.
  6. User Experience & Adoption
    • Drive user-centric research and usability testing to validate that product features address real-world needs of agencies and clients, with groups within the agency
    • Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure product interfaces are intuitive and easily adoptable for diverse agency and client user groups
    • Develop and execute structured onboarding and training strategies that encourage strong user engagement and retention.
  7. Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, particularly in terms of extensibility, modular design, and time to value.
    • Measure sprint burndown and budget use against product deliverables
    • Use data analysis to identify trends, validate product decisions, and inform iterative enhancements.
    • Present product performance insights to leadership, highlighting opportunities for further innovation and optimization.
  8. Risk Management & Compliance
    • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and challenges that could affect product sustainability, time-to-market, or overall value delivery.
    • Ensure product compliance with industry regulations (including data privacy and security standards) and specific contractual obligations are upheld.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Maths, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven success in full-lifecycle product management—from ideation to launch, iteration, and eventual scale-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product lines or modules, with a focus on creating interoperable solutions.

  • Required experience in a media or digital function, whether within an advertising/marketing agency or on the client side.
  • Understanding of campaign management, digital marketing workflows, and the agency-client relationship.
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into technical workflows that emphasize modular, extensible design.
  • Familiarity with API-first architectures and modern web technologies, ensuring products are ready for seamless integration.
  • Exposure to generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4) is highly advantageous.
  • Competent in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms) to inform product decisions and measure impact.
  • Experience setting and measuring against metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate product ROI.
