The Role 

On the Data Integration and Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in driving the integration, design, and engineering of data solutions that are essential to powering AI capabilities across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these data solutions are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with the organization’s strategic vision, thereby driving efficiency and operational excellence across all AI initiatives. 

On this team, you will support the development and optimization of data solutions designed to address key use case patterns across the organization. You will ensure that these solutions are built for scalability and reusability, enabling consistent and rapid deployment across multiple projects and AI-driven initiatives. Additionally, you will support the expansion and maturation of data products and capabilities, ensuring that they evolve to meet the growing and changing needs of the organization. 

Your work will also be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of flagship data-driven use cases, ensuring their alignment with business objectives. By actively engaging with business leaders and partners, you will anticipate and address future challenges and opportunities, maximizing the impact of data solutions on the organization’s growth. 

Furthermore, you will support the ongoing sustainment and governance of integrated data solutions, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business requirements. You will establish and enforce best practices for data management, ensuring that the highest standards of data quality, security, and compliance are consistently met. Additionally, you will support the adoption of data management solutions that accelerate business outcomes, including cost savings, revenue generation, and enhanced market competitiveness. 

Your ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners will be key to accelerating data-driven initiatives and achieving strategic business goals. Responsibilities 

• Data Solution Integration, Design, and Engineering Leadership: Support the integration, design, and engineering of data solutions that are critical to powering AI capabilities. Ensure these solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic vision, driving efficiency and operational excellence across all AI initiatives. 

• Development and Optimization of Data Solutions: Support the development and optimization of data solutions designed to address key use case patterns across the organization. Ensure that these solutions are built for scalability and reusability, enabling consistent and rapid deployment across multiple projects and AI-driven initiatives. 

• Expansion and Maturation of Data Products and Capabilities: Support the expansion and maturation of data products and capabilities, ensuring they evolve to meet the growing and changing needs of the organization and deliver sustained value. 

• Flagship Data-Driven Use Case Delivery: Support the delivery of flagship data-driven use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Actively engage with business leaders to anticipate and address future challenges and opportunities, maximizing the impact of data solutions on organizational growth. 

• Sustainment and Governance of Data Solutions: Support the ongoing sustainment and governance of integrated data solutions, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business requirements. Use best practices for data management, ensuring the highest standards of data quality, security, and compliance are consistently met. 

• Driving Business Outcomes through Data Management Solutions: Drive the adoption of data management solutions that accelerate business outcomes, including cost savings, revenue generation, and market competitiveness, ensuring that data initiatives deliver measurable business impact. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure data solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with broader organizational strategies. Promote a culture of innovation, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Extensive experience in data integration, design, and engineering within AI-driven environments. 

• Proven track record in developing and optimizing data solutions that are scalable, reusable, and aligned with strategic business objectives. 

• Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and working on large-scale data initiatives, including the delivery of flagship data-driven use cases. 

• Strong expertise in data management, including sustainment, governance, and compliance with data quality and security standards. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Significant experience in expanding and maturing data products and capabilities to meet evolving business needs. 

• Deep understanding of data management solutions that drive business outcomes, such as cost savings, revenue generation, and enhanced market competitiveness. 

• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and partners to align data initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives. 

• Extensive knowledge of best practices in data governance, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business requirements and regulatory compliance. 

• Experience leading the adoption of innovative data solutions and technologies within a cross-functional and collaborative environment. 

Compensation

The expected annual salaries across job levels are outlined below. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

• Level 1: SWE I (Intern) - $90,000
• Level 2: SWE II - $120,000
• Level 3: SWE III - $190,000
• Level 4: Senior SWE - $285,000
• Level 5: Staff SWE - $390,000
• Level 6: Senior Staff SWE - $549,000
• Level 7: Engineering Director - $721,000
